Located right in the heart of the Schanzenviertel you’ll find our family owned brewery. Our art of brewing is shaped by our passion for diversity and the joy of tradition-conscious innovation. We’ve been brewing our delicious beers here in the heritage listed Schanzenhöfe since 2012. Our goal is to brew the freshest beer in Hamburg, thus making the people of our city proud of where they come from. After all, Hamburg is our home and we are passionate about it. This is where we
started, this is where we come from, this is where our heart beats. We stay true to the 1000 year old Hamburg brewing history and craftsmanship, even whilst drawing inspirations for new and exciting brews. We live real craftmanship and the sustainable use of our resources is very important to us. Since 2020 we have been the first North German member of the Slow Brewing Association.
